Abstract By analyzing the characteristic of the soil and water loss caused by developing and construction projects,on the base of the existing achievement of soil and water conservation and the measure system,according to the regularity of soil and water loss,this paper divides the conservation region of developing and construction projects to excavation disturbance control region and muck control region.Then the corresponding leading control measure and the models of soil and water conservation are put forward.There is something that we can make use of and consult with in soil and water conservation work.
