Abstract：Because of the lack of soil,water,fertilize and hard ecological conditions in rock slope,there are lots of difficulties when planting trees or grasses on the slope.According to the practical situation of slope of opencast mine in Shuwei Mountain,Haining City,Zhejiang Province and the design aim,the authors adopted relevant vegetation restoration technology and measures to use in the different types of local slopes.In planting arrangement,tree,shrub and grass were introduced together forming mixed construction to achieve the aim of promoting each other.And when choicing plant species,the local plant species would be taken proority in(order)to assort with natural environment and to get the effect of greening similar with nature.At the same time,the authors proposed relevant construction establishment and engineering technology measures which would be adopted to satisfy the slope protection and greening.
