Abstract：The gunning concrete free-frame protection and spray-seeding revegetation technique were introduced and applied in steep rocky slope in Hunan Province.It was shown that this kind of technique posses the characters not only prevent instability induced by rapid weatherization on slope,revegetate slope by spray-seeding initially,and finally form the landscape covered with a nature nearly vegetation by invasion of indigenous plants in substitution progress,but have high suitability and ratio of benefits to costs.This technique is effective to lots of weathering and half weathering steep rocky slope,and other unstable slope,and should be(extended) widely.
