Abstract：Abstract The soil,super absorbent polymer,instant fertilizer and chicken manure were raw materials of spray seeding substrate material.By setting different levels,L9(34)orthogonal experiment method was selected,and then 9spray substrate materials were obtained.The Festuce arundinacea was planted in every substrate material.Emergence rate and total biomass were compared.Through range analysis and variance analysis,we got the best spray substrate ratio:the mass ratio of chicken manure and (peat soil +soil +straw)was 1:157,the volume ratio of peat soil,soil and straw was 7:10:3,and the percentage of quality of super absorbent polymer and fast released fertilizer was \%c.The super absorbent polymer and (soil +peat soil +straw)had significant impact on every indicator under observation.Finally,studying the properties of super absorbent polymer,we got the findings that super absorbent polymer could effectively inhibit water evaporation in the substrate material in the early age of plant growth.
