Abstract：Sandy Desert Industry" is a new and expanding industry. Through the productive practice over more than 20 years, sandy desert industry has got onto a developing course with scientific order. This paper quite thoroughly probes into the guiding ideology, theoretical concept, core content and technical line of the sandy desert industry. The core of sandy desert industry is to use bio - function in sandy desert region, to apply high and new technology, to increase the transforming rate of solar energy, to supply more products for human being. The technical line is " more day-lighting, less watering, new technology and high efficiency" . The over all goal of sandy desert industry is "one change, three owns and two realizations" , finally to build up the well off society in an all around way for the people in sandy desert region.
