Abstract：Under the notion of "nature and human being merge into one" , with the development of modern science promoting, the shelter belt should be incorporated the new stage of dynamic, systematic science, which focusing on prevention of natural disaster.This paper attempts to put forward the term "green space" in theory,that is "forest space", which characterizes the equity on the level of space and time. It inevitably urges forest and human being to develop the common biological characteristics, (so that) "lives and dies together and coexists to share honor". This causes the construction of environment conservation forest including various shelter belts to become a sustainable common task of human being. For that, Japan established a forest space research institute in 1983. Since then, by a decade of practice, preliminarily the "bioblock" model system method is taken for effective.
