摘要 随着现代医学模式的转变,恶性肿瘤治疗的目的不仅是通过各种治疗延长生命,更重要的是改善患者的生活质量(quality of life,QOL)。1985年美国食品和药品管理局提出将QOL作为抗癌新药评定的重要指标,1989年又决定将QOL的测定作为肿瘤临床试验和慢性疾病治疗效果的评价方法。20世纪 90年代以来,国际上已将癌症患者的QOL作为临床研究的终点,QOL将成为全面评价癌症疗效的重要标准而被广泛应用。
