医疗机构微信公众号评价指标体系构建与实证研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】随着互联网和移动设备的普及,医疗机构微信公众号已成为重要的信息传播平台。本研究旨 在建立一套全面、系统、科学的评价体系,以吉林省为实证评估对象,评价吉林省医疗机构微信公众号信息服务现 状,为提升吉林省医疗健康信息服务质量提供参考。【方法/过程】本研究基于文献分析、理论指导和专家问卷调查, 构建了包含“发布主体”“运营信息”“信息质量”和“传播效果”四个维度的评价指标体系。随后,运用层次分析法和 灰色关联度分析法对吉林省医疗机构微信公众号进行综合评价,分析其运营现状和存在问题。【结果/结论】吉林省 医疗机构微信公众号开通率为48.6%,大部分公众号运营良好,但存在信息类型单一和传播范围有限等不足。评价 结果显示,吉林大学白求恩第一医院表现最佳。信息质量维度权重最高,各公众号在该维度下评价结果波动明显。 【创新/局限】本研究系统构建了医疗机构微信公众号评价指标体系,结合定量和定性指标,能够更准确地评估医疗 机构微信公众号信息服务质量。实证研究中,本文选取了吉林省20家医疗机构的公众号作为评价对象,部分指标 数据获取存在难度,未来研究可进一步完善指标体系并扩大样本量。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】With the widespread adoption of the Internet and mobile devices, WeChat Official Accounts of medical institutions have become a crucial platform for information dissemination. This study aims to establish a comprehensive, sys⁃ tematic, and scientific evaluation system, using Jilin Province as an empirical case, to assess the current state of information services provided by WeChat Official Accounts of medical institutions in Jilin Province. The findings are intended to provide references for im⁃ proving the quality of healthcare information services in the region.【Method/process】Based on literature analysis, theoretical guid⁃ ance, and expert questionnaire surveys, this study constructed an evaluation index system encompassing four dimensions: "Publisher," "Operational Information," "Information Quality," and "Communication Effectiveness". Subsequently, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Grey Relational Analysis were employed to comprehensively evaluate the WeChat Official Accounts of medical institutions in Jilin Province, analyzing their operational status and identifying existing issues.【Result/conclusion】The activation rate of WeChat Official Accounts among medical institutions in Jilin Province was 48.6%. While most accounts operated effectively, shortcomings such as limited information diversity and restricted communication reach were observed. The evaluation results indicated that the We⁃ Chat Official Account of the First Hospital of Jilin University (Bethune) performed the best. The "Information Quality" dimension car⁃ ried the highest weight, and the evaluation results under this dimension varied significantly across accounts. 【Innovation/limitation】 This study systematically constructed an evaluation index system for WeChat Official Accounts of medical institutions, integrating both quantitative and qualitative indicators to more accurately assess the quality of information services. In the empirical research, 20 We⁃ Chat Official Accounts from medical institutions in Jilin Province were selected as evaluation subjects. However, data collection for some indicators posed challenges. Future research could refine the index system and expand the sample size.
