Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】This paper carries out the research on the evaluation and enhancement of China's international aca⁃

demic discourse power in social sciences oriented to the construction of the independent knowledge system, which helps to empower

the construction of China's independent knowledge system in social sciences, promote the formation of the independent academic

evaluation system, and enhance China's international academic discourse power in social sciences.【Method/process】Through using

bibliometric method, content analysis method and analytical induction method, this paper systematically combs and summarizes the

domestic and foreign related research literature and national policies, defines the research object of the article, and explains the re⁃

search significance of the article【. Result/conclusion】This article takes the construction of independent knowledge system as a guide

and focuses on the international academic discourse power of China's social sciences. It constructs a theoretical framework for the

evaluation and promotion of China's international academic discourse in the social sciences, which is based on clarifying the "three

major generative logics", analyzing the "four major evaluative dimensions", and exploring the "three major enhancement paths".【Inno⁃

vation/limitation】In the follow-up research, a series of in-depth and detailed practical explorations will be carried out based on the

constructed theoretical framework.
