Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】As an important institution for knowledge storage, scientific research support, and public services, li⁃ braries face the important task of innovating and upgrading service models in the context of digitalization and intelligence.【Method/ process】This article explores in depth the development path of libraries under the guidance of new quality productivity from the per⁃ spective of new quality productivity. It deeply integrates information technology with innovative development of libraries and con⁃ structs a future learning system for libraries from four dimensions: perception layer, network layer, data layer, and platform application layer.【Result/conclusion】The future learning system of the library has broken the traditional operation mode of the library and achieved innovation and upgrading of the service mode.【Innovation/limitation】Gradually realize the deep integration of technology into the future learning system of the library, achieve technological breakthroughs and innovations, promote efficient knowledge trans⁃ formation and talent cultivation, facilitate the achievement of new quality productivity goals, and promote the practical application of the system.
