Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】With the development of global industrial digitalization, the development of AI large models has be⁃ come the core of the development of the digital economy and the embodiment of national soft power【. Method/process】Firstly, qualita⁃ tive research will be conducted on the current Big Model policies in China using the LDA model for policy text mining to identify the policy focus areas and uncover key themes. Subsequently, a quantitative evaluation of the policy text will be carried out based on the PMC index model to further study China's Big Model industry policies【. Result/conclusion】It is imperative for China to fortify the intel⁃ lectual property rights policy protection system, broaden its policy perspective for the future, extend policy durability, and enhance the diversity and inclusivity of the key players in the Big Model industry, all aiming to achieve the sustainable development of the Big Model industry【. Innovation/limitation】By integrating the LDA model with the PMC index model, a comprehensive quantitative evalua⁃ tion of China's policy on the large-scale model industry is conducted. Through an in-depth analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the policy, a visually appealing PMC curve is utilized to illustrate the selection of policy samples based on individual indicators and overall assessments. The insights presented in this paper will offer comprehensive guidance and invaluable insights for the develop⁃ ment of large-scale model industries across China, enriching the landscape of policy guidance and experiential references.
