基于复合分析的企业潜在竞争对手识别研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】竞争对手识别是企业竞争情报工作的关键环节,其中潜在竞争对手是企业最容易忽略且其一 旦进入市场就会带来极大影响的竞争对手,由于其特有的复杂性,需要利用多种方法,从多种关系中进行分析。如 何对潜在竞争对手进行识别,并为企业提供有效预警,是当下研究的重点与难点所在。【方法/过程】从市场和技术 视角出发,提出了共链分析和专利分析相结合的复合分析方法,融合双重视角的竞争态势,构建潜在竞争对手识别 指标,以科创板企业为例对提出的方法进行应用研究。【结果/结论】通过验证性实验证明了方法的可行性和有效 性,并通过应用分析对企业的潜在竞争对手进行预测。【创新/局限】提出了基于多种关系融合的潜在竞争对手分析 方法,对市场维度的测度需要进一步的探索。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Competitor identification is a key part of enterprise competitive intelligence work, in which potential competitors are the competitors that enterprises are most likely to ignore and will bring great influence once they enter the market, and because of their unique complexity, they need to be analyzed by using a variety of methods and from a variety of relationships. How to identify potential competitors and provide effective early warning for enterprises is the focus and difficulty of the current research. 【Method/process】Starting from the market and technology perspectives, a hybrid analysis method combining common chain analysis and patent analysis is proposed to integrate the competitive situation from dual perspectives, construct potential competitor identifica⁃ tion indexes, and conduct applied research on the proposed method by taking the Shanghai Stock Exchange Science and Technology Innovation Board enterprises as an example.【Result/conclusion】The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are proved through validation experiments, and the potential competitors of the enterprise are predicted through application analysis.【Innovation/limita⁃ tion】Proposes a methodology for analysing potential competitors which based on the fusion of multiple relationships and the measure⁃ ment of market dimensions needs to be further explored.
