心理账户视角下在线健康社区用户隐私保护行为的 演化博弈分析

摘要: 【目的/意义】针对在线健康社区用户隐私保护与隐私悖论问题的复杂性,考虑用户认知偏差下的有限理性 约束,探讨用户与平台间隐私保护行为的动态演化机制,为有效解决隐私保护困境提供理论支持和实践指导。【方 法/过程】基于心理账户理论,构建在线健康社区用户与平台间的隐私保护演化博弈模型,从风险感知、损失规避、 参考点依赖三个维度分析双方策略选择动机与行为逻辑。通过仿真分析,揭示了成本参考点、风险偏好系数、损失 规避系数对演化稳定策略的影响。【结果/结论】研究发现,用户选择“披露隐私”与平台选择“保护隐私”的策略组合 可实现系统的最优稳定状态,但实际演化受风险感知敏感度、损失规避等因素共同影响。通过调控用户心理,针对 性提升用户信息素养、增强隐私保护意识,强化技术能力与运营管理服务,完善监管机制和隐私保护奖惩机制可有 效缓解当前隐私保护中的博弈冲突。【创新/局限】引入心理账户理论,同时,将在线健康社区隐私保护行为视为一 个复杂的动态决策过程,构建了考虑用户有限理性的演化博弈模型,为理解用户隐私保护行为提供了新视角。未 来研究可考虑进一步对在线健康社区用户在特定情境中的隐私保护行为进行探究。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Aiming at the complexity of the privacy protection and privacy paradox of online health community users, this study takes into account the constraints of limited rationality of users under cognitive bias, explores the dynamic evolution mechanism of privacy protection behavior between users and platforms, and provides theoretical support and practical guidance for ef⁃ fectively solving the dilemma of privacy protection.【Method/process】A hypothetical model for protecting the privacy information of online health community users from the perspective of mental accounting was constructed. The strategic selection motivation of decision-makers was analyzed from the perspectives of risk perception, loss aversion, and reference point dependence. The cost refer⁃ ence point, risk preference, and other factors were analyzed through simulation. The influence of coefficient and loss aversion coeffi⁃ cient on the evolution results.【Result/conclusion】When users choose "Disclose privacy" and the platforms chooses "Protect privacy" as their strategies,the system can achieve the optimal stable state, but the actual evolution is jointly affected by factors such as risk perception sensitivity and loss aversion. By regulating user mental account, improving user information literacy, enhancing privacy pro⁃ tection awareness, strengthening technical capabilities and operation management services, and improving regulatory mechanisms and privacy protection reward and punishment mechanisms, the current game conflicts in privacy protection can be alleviated.【Innovation/ limitation】This paper introduces the theory of mental accounting into the study of online health information privacy protection, re⁃ gards the privacy protection behavior of online health communities as a complex dynamic decision-making process, and constructs an evolutionary game model that considers the limited rationality of users, providing a new perspective for understanding user privacy pro⁃ tection behavior. Future research may consider further exploring the privacy protection behavior of online health community users in specific situations.
