摘要:

【目的/意义】探讨构建信息资源管理研究生培养的数智赋能模式和培养体系,为培养满足数字中国建设和
数字经济发展需要的信息资源管理高层次人才奠定基础。【方法/过程】基于科学生态观视角,采用系统分析方法,
从师资团队、课程体系、教学组织和创新实践四个维度建构研究生培养数智教育生态。以此为基础,系统剖析教育
主体与教育生态环境主要因素间作用关系,形成信息资源管理研究生培养模式。【结果/结论】研究生培养数智教育
生态的本质是一个有机、复杂、统一的系统。基于数智教育生态的信息资源管理研究生培养模式是一种坚持守正
创新、通过数智赋能,静态模式与动态机制相统一、拓展性与开放性相协调的人才培养模式。【创新/局限】基于数智
教育生态的信息资源管理研究生培养模式是立足国家战略与社会需求的复杂全域教育模式,立足“数据+智慧”核
心培育理念,将数智技术嵌入人才培养过程,将数智知识融入人才培养内容,为数智时代信息资源管理高层次人才
培养提供有益参考。

Abstract:

Abstract:【Purpose/significance】This paper explores the construction of a digital intelligence empowerment model and
training system for graduate students in information resource management. This aims to lay the foundation for training high-level infor⁃
mation resource management talents to meet the needs of digital China construction and the development of digital economy.【Method/
process】From a scientific ecological observation perspective, this paper utilizes systematic analysis methods to examine the digital in⁃
telligence education ecosystem for graduate students, focusing on four dimensions: teaching staff, curriculum system, teaching organi⁃
zation, and innovative practices. By employing this framework and analyzing the interaction between the subject of education in infor⁃
mation resource management and the main factors of the educational ecological environment, a graduate training model in information
resource management is developed.【Result/conclusion】The nature of the digital intelligence education ecosystem is an organic, com⁃
plex and unified system. Graduate training model for information resource management based on digital intelligence education ecology
is a kind of talent training mode that adheres to the right innovation, empowers through digital intelligence, integrates static mode and
dynamic mechanism, and coordinates expansiveness and openness【. Innovation/limitation】Graduate training model for information re⁃
source management based on digital intelligence education ecology is a comprehensive educational system rooted in national strategy
and societal needs. Based on the core principle of "data + intelligence," it integrates digital technologies into talent development and
incorporates digital knowledge into training content, offering valuable insights for cultivating high-level talents in information resource
management in the digital era.
