SSWC Selected to Be in Core Library of Source Journals of

Chinese Science Citation Database During 2017 – 2018

The list of source journals for Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD) during 2017 -2018 was released, and Science of Soil and Water Conservation (SSWC) sponsored by Chinese Society of Water and Soil Conservation was selected to be in core library of source journals of CSCD.

CSCD was initiated in 1989, and recorded over thousand core and excellent journals of science and technology covering the disciplines of mathematics, physics, chemistry, astronomy, geography, biology, agroforestry, medical science, engineering technology, environmental sciences, and management sciences, etc. in both Chinese and English. The accumulated number of recorded articles reached 4.68 million, and the records of cited papers is nearly 57 million since 1989 up today.

There are 1229 sources journals for CSCD during 2017 -2018, of which the 201 journals published in China while publishing language is English and the 1028 journals in Chinese. Source journals of CSCD are divided into 2 parts: core and extension library, and the 885 journals are in the core library while 344 in the extension library. （Source Journals of CSCD）
