Abstract The land occupation of airport construction projects is mostly permanent.The projects destroy the environment and led to a lot of soil and water losses,with a large number of excavation and filling of earth and stonework in the construction.Based on the analysis of the composition of projects,characteristics of soil and water losses,environmental impact,4 items of permitted requirements of soil and water conservation for construction projects and 5 items of permitted requirements of soil and water conservation for soil and water conservation plan are discussed according to china's relevant laws and regulations,policies,plans,standards and other regulations.
