Abstract：Through the study on experiments of Control measure of spoil dump slope，effective control measure of spoil dump slope were determined．These measures include constructing the water retaining ridge at spoil dump slope，preventing platform runoff into slope，stacking stones at slope side to intercept slope sediment；soil dump slope with the measure of runoff dispersion to reduce water erosion and water loss．Based on the analysis of effect of implementation of control measures，the patterns of vegetation arrangement on spoil dump slope are mainly as follow：Hippophae rhamnoides Linn．slope protection pattern，Armeniaca sibirica Lam＋Hippophae rhamnoides Linn一Caragana microphylla Lam slope protection pattern，Amorpha fruticosa L.＋Caragana microphylla Lam一Medicago sativa L. slope protection pattern．
