融合BERTopic和KANO模型的在线课程用户需求挖掘研究 ——以Python在线课程为例

摘要: 【目的/意义】为推动慕课与在线教学创新发展、建设高质量在线课程,挖掘和分析在线课程用户的各项需 求。【方法/过程】以在线课程的用户评论作为数据来源,首先基于BERTopic对在线课程的用户需求进行主题提取, 并对结果进行可视化分析以确定用户需求要素。然后运用KANO模型对在线课程的用户需求进行分类,最后根据 研究结论提出具有应用价值的启示和建议。【结果/结论】研究发现:在线课程的视频音质和画质、教学内容是用户 的基本型需求,是课程建设者必须充分考虑的因素。用户对课程设计、教师讲解、助教团队、课程资源以及字幕、弹 幕功能也有较高层次的需求。其次,在线课程用户的各项需求处于动态演变中,部分魅力型需求逐渐向期望型需 求转变,而部分原来被认为能够影响线下课程用户满意度的因素正在被用户忽略。因此,在线课程建设要在保障 用户基本型需求和期望型需求基础上,不断挖掘用户的隐性需求,促进在线课程的高质量发展。【创新/局限】本文 提出一种融合 BERTopic 和 KANO 模型的在线课程用户需求挖掘方法,具有一定的创新性。但是,仅选取了 Py⁃ thon在线课程进行应用,是否适用于其他在线课程有待进一步的验证。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】To promote the innovative development of MOOC and online teaching, and to build high-quality on⁃ line open courses, it is necessary to explores and analyzes the needs of online course users.【Method/process】With user comments of online courses as data source, firstly, topic extraction of needs for online course users is carried out based on BERTopic. After that, the extraction results are visualized and analyzed to determine the elements of user needs. Then, the KANO model is used to classify user demands, and finally, corresponding practical insights and suggestions are proposed.【Result/conclusion】The results indicate that the video, audio, and picture quality, as well as teaching content of online open courses, are the basic needs of users and must be fully met by course builders; Users also have high-level demands for course design, teacher explanations, teaching assistant teams, course re⁃ sources, as well as subtitle and bullet screen functions. Secondly, the various needs of online open course users are in a dynamic evolu⁃ tion, with some charismatic needs gradually shifting towards expectant needs, while some previously identified factors that can affect user satisfaction are being ignored by users. Therefore, the construction of online course should continuously tap into the implicit needs of users and enhance the competitive advantage of the curriculum while ensuring that the basic and expected needs of users are met【. Innovation/limitation】This study presents an innovative method for mining online course users, which integrates BERTopic and KANO models. However, only Python online open courses were selected for empirical analysis, and whether they are applicable to on⁃ line courses in other fields needs further testing.
