数据故事视角下公共数字文化服务用户认知图式模型构建研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】数据故事的多元特质使公共数字文化构成富有联系的信息组块,促进用户认知的发展与深 化,有助于实现公共数字文化建设均衡性和可及性的目标。【方法/过程】本文融合皮亚杰图式理论和信息加工理 论,探析数据故事作用下公共数字文化服务用户认知过程内在机理,厘清公共数字文化服务用户认知图式的共现 关系及意义建构过程,并利用系统动力学构建公共数字文化服务用户认知图式模型。【结果/结论】为政府和公共数 字文化服务机构解决用户多重认知障碍、优化公共数字文化服务系统设计、丰富数据故事的实践应用、促进用户由 数据洞察向数据行动的转化提供新的思路。【创新/局限】运用图式理论构建用户认知图式模型揭示公共数字文化 服务用户认知过程,但模型尚未进行实证检验。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】The multiple characteristics of the data story make public digital culture form a rich information block, promote the development and deepening of user cognition, and help achieve the goal of balanced and accessible public digital culture construction.【Method/process】Integrating Piaget's schema theory and information processing theory,this paper explores the internal mechanism of the user cognitive process of public digital cultural services under the action of data stories, clarifies cooccurrence relationship of public digital cultural service users' cognitive schema and meaning construction process , and constructs the cognitive schema model by using system dynamics.【Result/conclusion】The model provides new ideas for the government and pub⁃ lic digital cultural service institutions to solve the multiple cognitive barriers of users, improve the service level, optimize the design of public digital cultural service systems, enrich the practical application of data storytelling, and promote the transformation of users from data insight to data actions【. Innovation/limitation】The research uses schema theory to construct a user cognitive schema model to reveal the user cognitive process of public digital cultural services, but the model has not been empirically tested.
