Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 This paper attempts to construct a governance mechanism of network public opinion discourse suit⁃

able for the Internet era, which has certain theoretical value and practical significance for solving the problems of netizens' weak sense

of autonomy, single governance path and lack of service governance attribute in the governance of network public opinion.

【Method/process】 Combined with the relevant theories and methods in the field of information ecology, linguistics and cognitive communica⁃

tion, this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the governance mechanism of network public opinion discourse, and puts forward

the specific content of the governance mechanism.【Result/conclusion】 Based on the current situation of governance of network public

opinion discourse, the governance mechanism is proposed with a framework of public opinion subject governance, public opinion infor⁃

mation governance, public opinion environment governance, and mechanism operation, and corresponding suggestions and counter⁃

measures are proposed for the effective governance of network public opinion discourse.

the governance mechanism for network public opinion discourse is a concrete practice of the new liberal arts, which has certain practi⁃

cal significance for the expansion of public opinion governance models.
