社会网络视角下组织间知识重叠对知识创造的影响机理研究

摘要: 【 目的/意义】通过分析知识重叠、知识创造过程、社会网络结构特征之间深层次的关系,探究组织间知识重 叠对知识创造的影响机理,为组织知识创造过程的成功实施提供理论与实践指导。【方法/过程】在文献回顾的基础 上,构建组织间知识重叠对知识创造过程的影响模型。通过深入剖析组织所处合作网络的结构与关系特征,进一 步探索社会网络视角下组织间知识重叠对知识创造的影响机理。【结果/结论】组织与外部组织间的知识重叠,通过 提供共同的语境以及提高组织相似性和降低合作风险,建立知识创造的基础,提高可操作性和成功率。同时,组织 所处社会网络的结构特征,包括规模、密度、中心度等,也会影响组织间知识互动的频次,进而影响知识重叠程度, 为焦点组织的知识创造过程提供保障。此外,组织间社会网络的关系特征,包括关系强度与信任等,也会影响组织 间知识互动意愿和形成知识重叠。【创新/局限】本文构建了社会网络视角下组织间知识重叠对知识创造过程影响 机理的理论模型,未来需要对该理论模型进行进一步的探讨和验证。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】By analyzing the deep relationship among knowledge overlap, knowledge creation process, and so⁃ cial network structure characteristics, we explore the mechanism of inter-organizational knowledge overlap on knowledge creation and provide theoretical and practical guidance for the successful implementation of organizational knowledge creation process.【Method/ process】Based on the literature review, a model of the influence of inter-organizational knowledge overlap on the knowledge creation process is constructed. The mechanism of the influence of inter-organizational knowledge overlap on knowledge creation from the per⁃ spective of social networks is further explored through an in-depth analysis of the structure and relationship characteristics of the coop⁃ erative network in which the organization is located【. Result/conclusion】Knowledge overlap between organizations and external organi⁃ zations establishes the basis for knowledge creation by providing a common context as well as improving organizational similarity and reducing the risk of cooperation, which improves operability and success. At the same time, the structural characteristics of the social networks in which organizations are located, including scale, density, and centrality, also influence the frequency of inter-organizational knowledge interactions, which in turn affects the degree of knowledge overlap and provides for the knowledge creation process of focal organizations. In addition, the relationship characteristics of inter-organizational social networks, including relationship strength and trust, also influence the willingness of inter-organizational knowledge interactions and the formation of knowledge overlap【. Innovation/ limitation】This paper constructs a theoretical model of the mechanism of inter-organizational knowledge overlap on the knowledge cre⁃ ation process from a social network perspective, which needs to be further explored and empirically tested in the future.
