APP交互视角下用户日常搜索行为路径研究

摘要:

【 目的/意义】智能 APP的大量普及使得 APP交互成为用户完成日常搜索的常态,但其搜索行为路径有待 明确。探究APP交互视角下用户日常搜索行为路径,有助于揭示移动端用户搜索行为规律,探明APP交互搜索行 为机理。【方法/过程】采集204位年轻用户日常真实情境下印象深刻的APP交互搜索过程,通过开放性编码获取其 搜索过程中使用的APP类型、APP内搜索动作及APP间转移意图;以APP类型为切入点,结合统计分析和序列分析 方法分析APP内搜索动作路径和意图驱动的APP间转移路径。【结果/结论】“查询-浏览-查看”是APP内基础搜索 路径,但APP内搜索动作路径具有明显APP类型特征,体现在搜索动作转移聚焦查询过程或搜索结果利用;APP间 转移路径表现出以社区类APP为核心的“核心-边缘”规律,且同类APP转移主要以社区类和购物类为主;APP间转 移都倾向于受补充和桥接意图驱动,但同类APP间转移出于对比意图突出,而异类APP间转移交流意图和挫折意 图明显。【创新/局限】该研究系统揭示了用户日常搜索中 APP 内与 APP 间的行为路径全貌,并进一步剖析了驱动
APP间转移的意图规律,为APP交互搜索服务的提升提供了依据。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】The massive popularity of smart APPs makes APP interaction the norm for users to complete their daily search, but their search behavior paths need to be clarified. Exploring the pathways of users' daily search behavior from the per⁃ spective of APP interaction helps further to reveal the rules of mobile users' search behavior and examine the mechanism for APP in⁃ teraction search behavior.【 Method/process】204 young users' impressive APP interaction search process were collected in real daily situations. In order to obtain the APP types, intra-APP search actions, and inter-APP transfer intentions used in their search process through open coding; to categorize intra-APP search action transfer sequences and inter-APP transfer sequences according to APP types; to take APP types as the entry point, to combine statistical analysis and the research is carried out in two aspects: intra-APP search action path and intent-driven inter-APP transfer path.【 Result/conclusion】"Query-Browse-View" is the primary search path within APP. Still, the search action path within APP has prominent APP-type characteristics, manifested in the search action transfer focusing on the query process or the utilization of search results; the transfer path between APPs shows the "core-edge" pattern with community APP as the core. The inter-APP transfer path shows a "core-edge" pattern with community APP as the core. The similar APP transfer mainly includes community and shopping. The inter-APP transfer tends to be driven by complementary and bridging in⁃ tentions, but the inter-APP transfer of the same type is prominent for the contrast intention. In contrast, the inter-APP transfer of dif⁃ ferent types has clear communication and frustration. 【Innovation/limitation】 This study systematically reveals the whole picture of intra-APP and inter-APP behavioral paths in users' daily searches. Further, it analyzes the intention pattern driving inter-APP trans⁃ fer, which provides a basis for improving APP interactive search services.
