【Purpose/significance】 By accurately identifying users' demands for the presentation of ethnic minority archival resources,

it is expected to provide references for improving the service quality of ethnic minority archival resources and maximizing the value of archival resources.【Method/process】By combing the literature related to the presentation of ethnic minority archival resources, adopt⁃ ing the questionnaire survey method and combining with the Kano model to verify the data, through the mixed category analysis and satisfaction index analysis, the user's demand type and priority for the presentation of ethnic minority archival resources are defined.【Result/conclusion】There are some differences between the six ways of the service presentation of our national archives resources, which correspond to the necessary demand, the exciting demand and the expectation demand respectively.【Innovation/limitation】The user group investigated in this study is relatively simple, and the sample size is small, which has certain subjectivity. In the follow-up research, the number of user groups and samples should be expanded to further strengthen the objectivity and universality of the sur⁃vey results.
