群体参与视角下在线健康信息的链式传播规律研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】分析群体参与视角下的在线健康信息链式传播机理,构建在线健康信息链式传播模型,为了
解和探究群体参与行为对在线健康信息传播及其质量的影响、提升在线健康信息质量治理效果提供依据。【方法/
过程】基于在线健康信息的传播过程、传播规律及效果,构建由信息运动过程、信息传播效果及信息质量组成的在
线健康信息链式传播三维模型,并以“幽门螺旋杆菌”话题信息在微博中的传播为例,探究话题信息链式传播的特
点和不同要素间的相互影响。【结果/结论】揭示了“信息和用户”的内在关系,群体参与使在线健康信息的传播过程
呈现循环、分裂的特点、使信息质量表现出双向变动规律,而信息运动、传播过程中质量属性及内容特征的变化也
在无形中影响着群体参与行为。【创新/局限】构建了群体参与视角下在线健康信息链式传播三维模型,但未对群体
异质性行为的影响进行分析。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 This paper analyzes the mechanism of online health information chain communication from the per⁃
spective of group participation, and constructs an online health information chain communication model, which provides a basis for un⁃derstanding and exploring the impact of group participation behavior on online health information communication and its quality, and improving the governance effect of online health information quality.【Method/process】 Based on the communication process, commu⁃nication law and effect of online health information, this paper constructs a three-dimensional model of online health information chain communication, which is composed of information movement process, information communication effect and information quality.Taking the communication of "Helicobacter pylori" topic information in Weibo as an example, this paper explores the characteristics of topic information chain communication and the interaction among different elements.【
Result/conclusion】 It reveals the internal re⁃lationship between "information and users". Group participation makes the communication process of online health information show the characteristics of circulation and splitting, and makes the information quality show the law of bidirectional change. And the change of quality attribute and content characteristic in the process of information movement and communication also affects the group partici⁃pation behavior imperceptibly.【Innovation/limitation】 A three-dimensional model of online health information chain communication from the perspective of group participation is constructed, but the impact of group heterogeneity is not analyzed.
