the new media environment is of great theoretical significance and practical value for improving the efficiency of public library informa?

Method/process】Based on the theoretical framework of the Triple Helix Model,through literature review and delphi meth? od,the influencing factors system of public libraries' health information service under the new media environment was analyzed and the corresponding theoretical model was constructed. DANP method was used to identify the interaction between each factor and
achieve the quantification of its weight.【Result/conclusion】According to the ranking results of reason degree, centrality degree and
weight of each factor,the key influencing factors such as users' health information literacy,public library influence,information accura?
cy,platform reputation were identified,and the management strategy of public library health information service were proposed【. Innova? tion/limitation】From the perspective of the three-helix model,this paper reveals the key influencing factors of public library health in? formation service under the new media environment,but the data sample is relatively single,and the countermeasures need to be further enriched and improved.
