Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】By constructing the public opinion risk management and mitigation countermeasures of blockchain
social network,it provides a feasible scheme for creating a good network environment,improving the governance efficiency of network
public opinion and coping with the complex situation of network risk【. Method/process】Based on the blockchain concept and technol-ogy,this study analyzes the conceptual framework of social network public opinion risk management,points out the existing problems of social network public opinion risk,further explores the governance and relief mechanism of social network public opinion under block-chain technology,establishes a social network public opinion management system model,and from the aspects of technology promotion, multi-party cooperation Explore the key to prevent and control the public opinion risk of social networks at the level of media guid-ance【. Result/conclusion】Blockchain technology plays a positive role in social network public opinion risk management and improving the dissemination quality of public opinion information,and provides many possibilities for building a healthy,safe and shared network social ecosystem【. Innovation/limitation】The blockchain social network public opinion management model constructed in this paper is a preliminary idea without considering the upper limit of information storage.The next research work is to improve the compatibility of blockchain social network public opinion management system and the standardization of data collection to provide reference for social network public opinion management and control based on blockchain.
