Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】In order to avoid the outbreak of short video network public opinion crisis under the information epi?
demic and maintain a normal and orderly short video network environment,this paper studies the construction of short video network
public opinion early warning index system under the information epidemic.【Method/process】Firstly,the first-level and second-level
indicators of the early-warning index system of short video network public opinion under the information epidemic are separated by
the method of combining literature research and field research.Secondly,the weight of indicators at all levels is calculated by the combi? nation of analytic hierarchy process and expert investigation.Finally,through empirical research,this paper tests the scientific and appli? cable of the short video network public opinion early warning index system under the information epidemic.【Result/conclusion】The results show that the short video network public opinion early warning index system under the information epidemic constructed by this research is scientific and applicable.【Innovation/limitation】Following the principle of measurable indicators,the principle of pre? cise simplification of the number of indicators and the principle of easy access to index parameters,this study constructs a short videonetwork public opinion early warning index system under the information epidemic,so as to make it more universal in practical applica? tion.
