基于情感和亲密度的社交网络舆情传播模型研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】解析不同情感倾向的传播差异性、不同类型好友关系及社交网络平台的传播效果,挖掘舆情
传播过程中的情感倾向、亲密度及初始传播者属性等影响因素,继而对社交网络平台的舆情扩散进行针对性的疏
导和有效控制。【方法/过程】在传染病SIR模型基础上,引入了情绪感染理论,构建了含有情感倾向的传播状态,并
考虑好友间强弱关系的传播差异性,引入亲密度因素动态地设计了传播互动过程。结合加权无标度网络拓扑结构
的设计,最后对改进模型的影响因素进行对比分析。【结果/结论】结合情感和亲密度所构建的社交网络舆情传播模
型更贴合真实舆情的传播过程,根据各影响因素的参数调整和分析提出更具针对性的舆情疏导和控制建议。【创
新/局限】本文将情感因素和用户关系亲密度引入舆情传播,重点考虑了好友间情感信息的交互作用和对传播的影
响,但现实传播环境十分复杂,关于舆情传播环境及其影响因素仍是未来研究工作的重点研究方向。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】This paper analyzes the communication differences of different emotional tendencies, different
types of friend relationships and the communication effects of social network platforms, and explores the influence factors such as emo⁃
tional tendencies, intimacy and the attributes of initial disseminators in the communication process of public opinions, so as to conduct
targeted guidance and effective control of the diffusion of public opinions on social network platforms.【Method/process】Based on the
SIR model of infectious disease, this paper introduces the theory of emotional infection, constructs the transmission state with emotion⁃
al tendency, and considers the transmission difference of strong and weak relationship between friends, and introduces the intimacy
factor to dynamically design the interactive process of transmission. Combined with the design of weighted scale-free network topolo⁃
gy, the influence factors of the improved model are compared and analyzed.【Result/conclusion】The social network platform public
opinion communication model built by combining emotion and intimacy is more consistent with the real public opinion communication
process, and more targeted public opinion guidance and control Suggestions are proposed according to the parameter adjustment and
analysis of various influencing factors.【Innovation/limitation】Emotional factors and user relationship intimacy are introduced into the
communication of public opinion in this paper, and the interaction of emotional information among friends and its influence on the com⁃
munication are mainly considered. However, the reality communication environment is very complex, and the communication environ⁃
ment of public opinion and its influencing factors are still the key research direction of future research.
