人工智能时代高校研究生数字素养教育优化研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】探究人工智能时代高校研究生数字素养教育的影响因素,分析其影响因素之间的组态路径, 揭示影响高校研究生数字素养教育的内在机制,为优化高校研究生数字素养教育、提高研究生数字素养提供理论 支持与实践指导。【方法/过程】基于人工智能时代高校研究生数字素养教育现状,通过对国内外研究文献的调研分 析,探究人工智能时代高校研究生数字素养教育的内涵与特点,梳理影响高校研究生数字素养教育的影响因素,并 通过实证研究收集相关数据,利用模糊集定性比较分析法详细分析其条件变量与结果变量之间的组态路径,揭示 影响高校研究生数字教育效果的内在机制。【结果/结论】研究发现,高校研究生数字素养教育的影响因素包括个人 意愿、感知有用性、感知易用性、教育组织、教育技术和教育条件,内部因素与外部因素之间具有复杂的作用关系, 并通过三种组态路径产生相应效果,即内部因素与外部因素共同主导的组态路径、外部因素主导的组态路径以及 内部因素主导的组态路径。【创新/局限】在人工智能时代背景下,将TOE理论与整合技术接受模型相结合,构建影 响人工智能时代高校研究生数字素养教育的理论模型,并通过fsQCA探究变量间的复杂关系,具有一定的创新性。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】This paper explores the influencing factors of digital literacy education for graduate students in uni⁃ versities in the era of artificial intelligence, analyzes the configuration paths among the influencing factors, reveals the internal mecha⁃ nism affecting digital literacy education for graduate students in universities, and provides theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing digital literacy education for graduate students in universities and improving their digital literacy.【Method/process】 Based on the current situation of digital literacy education for graduate students in colleges and universities in the era of artificial intel⁃ ligence, this paper explores the connotation and characteristics of digital literacy education for graduate students in colleges and uni⁃ versities in the era of artificial intelligence through research and analysis of domestic and foreign research literature, combs out the in⁃ fluencing factors of digital literacy education for graduate students in colleges and universities, and collects relevant data through em⁃ pirical research. The configuration path between the condition variable and the result variable is analyzed in detail by using the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method, and the internal mechanism affecting the digital education effect of graduate students in universities is revealed【. Result/conclusion】The research finds that the influencing factors of digital literacy education for graduate stu⁃ dents in universities include personal willingness, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, educational organization, educational technology and educational conditions. There is a complex relationship between internal factors and external factors, and correspond⁃ ing effects are produced through three configuration paths. That is, the configuration path led by internal factors and external factors, the configuration path led by external factors and the configuration path led by internal factors【. Innovation/limitation】In the context of the era of artificial intelligence, TOE theory is combined with the integrated technology acceptance model to build a theoretical model affecting the digital literacy education of college graduate students in the era of artificial intelligence, and fsQCA is used to explore the complex relationship between variables, which has certain innovation.
