AIGC大学生用户信息需求研究 ——以ChatGPT为例

摘要: 【目的/意义】AIGC已成为大学生获取信息的高效渠道。分析AIGC大学生用户信息需求的类型及关系, 可以为AIGC机构提升信息服务水平、更好地满足大学生用户信息需求提供参考与借鉴。【方法/过程】使用扎根理 论研究方法,对 18位大学生用户进行半结构化访谈获取原始资料,通过三级编码获得概念范畴和逻辑关系,构建 AIGC大学生用户信息需求理论模型。然后通过问卷调查,使用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析对理论模型进 行实证检验。【结果/结论】结果表明,AIGC大学生用户信息需求模型包括 3个核心范畴和 6个主范畴,基础服务和 信息质量驱动AIGC大学生用户信息需求的产生,内容需求和增值服务是AIGC大学生用户的两种信息需求类型, 信息贡献是 AIGC 大学生用户基本信息素养的体现,收益认知是大学生用户对 AIGC 的使用目标。信息需求的满 足和信息素养的提高有助于AIGC大学生用户使用目标的实现。【创新/局限】对AIGC大学生用户信息需求展开研 究,构建AIGC大学生用户信息需求模型。但仅选择AIGC应用产品中较为成熟的ChatGPT为例进行研究,未来有 待拓展研究范围。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】AIGC has become an efficient channel for college students to obtain information. The analysis of the types and relationships of college students' information needs using AIGC can provide reference for AIGC institutions to improve the information service level and better meet the information needs of college students.【Method/process】Based on the research method of grounded theory, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 18 college students to obtain the original data, conceptual categories and logical relations were obtained through three-level coding, and a theoretical model of college students' information needs using AIGC was constructed. Then, through questionnaire survey, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to empirically test the theoretical model.【Result/conclusion】The results show that the information needs model of college students using AIGC includes 3 core categories and 6 main categories, basic service and information quality drive the information needs of college students using AIGC, content requirements and value-added service are two types of information needs of college students using AIGC. Information contribution is the embodiment of basic information literacy of college students who use AIGC. Benefit cognition is the goal of AIGC use by college students. The satisfaction of information needs and the improvement of information literacy will help the college students who use AIGC to realize their usage goals.【Innovation/limitation】The information needs of AIGC college stu⁃ dents is studied, and the information needs model of AIGC college students is constructed. But only ChatGPT, a mature AIGC applica⁃ tion product, was selected as an example for the study, and the research scope needs to be expanded in the future.
