基于Bertopic模型的健康信息学主题挖掘与发展演化研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】基于文献研究,从研究主题和发展演化两个角度对健康信息学的发展现状进行梳理,为相关
学者更好地从事健康信息学研究提供参考。【方法/过程】首先从Web of science中获取健康信息学文献,运用JCR和
ESI学科分类方法将文献分为医学、计算机、图书情报三个数据集;其次利用基于Bertopic模型主题挖掘法分析健康
信息学在三个数据集中的研究主题和发展演化趋势。【结果/结论】从研究主题看,健康信息学主要包含六个研究主
题:人工智能在健康领域的应用、健康知识服务、用户健康信息行为、信息技术在临床中的应用、健康信息存储与管
理、人机交互系统应用;从发展趋势看,在保留各个学科自身特点的同时,实现多学科的交叉融合是健康信息学发
展的必然趋势。【创新/局限】本文对健康信息学在不同学科中的研究异同进行了对比分析,有助于明晰健康信息学
的起源和发展演进情况,同时为健康信息学未来的研究创新与空间拓展提供依据,但本文只收集了健康信息学在
三个核心领域的研究数据,后期可以进一步扩大数据收集范围,从更广泛的学科领域对其进行更深入的分析。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 Based on the literature study, the current development status of health informatics is sorted out from
the perspectives of research themes and development evolution to provide reference for related scholars to better engage in health infor⁃
matics research.【Method/process】 Firstly, the health informatics literature was obtained from Web of science, and the literature was
classified into three datasets of medicine, computer, and library intelligence by using JCR and ESI subject classification methods; sec⁃
ondly, the research themes and development and evolution trends of health informatics in the three datasets were analysed by using the
Bertopic model-based theme mining method.【Result/conclusion】 From the point of view of research themes, health informatics
mainly contains six research themes: the application of artificial intelligence in the field of health, health knowledge services, user
health information behaviour, the application of information technology in the clinic, health information storage and management, and
the application of human-computer interaction systems; From the perspective of development trend, it is an inevitable trend for the de⁃
velopment of health informatics to realize multidisciplinary cross-fertilization while retaining the characteristics of each discipline on
its own.【Innovation/limitation】 This paper provides a comparative analysis of the research similarities and differences of health infor⁃
matics in different disciplines, which helps to clarify the origin and developmental evolution of health informatics, and at the same time
provides a basis for the future research innovation and spatial expansion of health informatics. However, this paper only collects the re⁃
search data of health informatics in the three core areas, and the scope of the data collection can be further expanded in the later stage,
so that it can be analyzed in greater depth from a wider range of disciplinary areas.
