EPC项目知识链组织间知识转移界面协同机制研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】EPC项目往往由目标多元、工作流程异质的多类型主体共同参与推进,凸显出知识链组织特
性,深入研究组织之间知识转移界面协同机制,可有效打通组织间知识链并推进核心知识资源转移共享,充分激发
各类项目参与主体潜在优势,实现项目绩效最大化。【方法/过程】对 EPC 项目知识链形成背景及主要主体进行界
定,深入分析EPC项目知识特征,明确项目知识在知识链组织间转移的路径,研究知识链组织界面特征及其对知识
转移的障碍,构建EPC项目知识链组织界面协同机制及作用模型。【结果/结论】为实现EPC项目知识链组织间知识
转移效率提升及项目绩效最大化,必须有效克服知识界面障碍问题,通过信息技术赋能的显性界面协同机制可降
低知识复杂性、显性知识界面障碍,通过关系联接提升的隐性界面协同机制可降低知识内隐性、知识位势性知识界
面障碍,从而全面提高知识链组织间知识转移效率。【创新/局限】从组织界面障碍因素出发,创新提出EPC项目知
识在知识链组织之间转移的路径及内部机理,并提出实现界面协同的显性和隐性机制,局限在于未引入实际案例
数据开展实证研究,将在未来研究中运用结构方程模型等数理方法予以验证。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】 EPC projects are often promoted by multi-type subjects with multiple goals and heterogeneous
workflows, which shows the organizational characteristics of knowledge-chain. In-depth study of the interface synergy mechanism of
knowledge transfer between organizations can effectively open up the knowledge chain and promote the transfer and sharing of core
knowledge of EPC projects, and fully stimulate the potential advantages of various project participants, thereby maximizing project per⁃
formance
.
【Method/process】 In this paper, the background and main subjects of EPC project knowledge chain are defined firstly, and
the characteristics of EPC project knowledge are deeply analyzed, followed by the clarifying of project knowledge transfer path among
knowledge chain organizations. The characteristics of knowledge chain organization interface and its obstacles to knowledge transfer
are studied, thereby the interface synergy mechanism and model of EPC project knowledge chain organization being constructed.【Re⁃
sult/conclusion】In order to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer between knowledge chain organizations and maximize the per⁃
formance of EPC project, it is necessary to effectively overcome the problem of knowledge interface barriers. The results shows that the
explicit interface synergy mechanism of information technology can reduce the complexity and explicit knowledge interface barriers,
and the implicit and potential knowledge interface barriers can be reduced by the implicit interface synergy mechanism of relationship
connection. Thus, the efficiency of knowledge transfer among knowledge chain organizations can be improved in an all-round way.【In⁃
novation/limitation】 In this paper, the overall path and inner mechanism of knowledge transfer between EPC project knowledge chain
organizations are clarified from the view of overcoming interface barriers, and the implicit and potential knowledge interface synergy
mechanisms are therefore put forward. The limitation of this study is that no actual case data is introduced to carry out empirical re⁃
search, which can be further supplemented using the method of SEM in the future.
