基于弹幕的动态用户画像研究
——以在线教育场景为例

摘要:

【目的/意义】基于弹幕的动态用户画像模型刻画了用户弹幕行为特征的变化规律,有助于从用户、内容创
作者和弹幕视频平台的角度提高在线学习的效率和效果。【方法/过程】以B站教学类视频为例,基于人类行为动力
学理论构建了动态用户画像模型,探究用户发送弹幕与观看视频分集的行为随不同时间维度的变化情况。【结果/
结论】用户在一天中发送弹幕的时间分布存在几个特定的峰值,赋予“一天学习时间偏好”的动态标签;在视频时间
序列上,用户更倾向于在片头片尾发送弹幕,赋予“视频进度发送弹幕偏好”的动态标签。随着分集集数的增长,留
存的用户具有规律性发送弹幕交互的习惯。【创新/局限】提出了基于弹幕的动态用户画像模型。后续研究将探讨
该模型在其他场景中的应用。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】Dynamic user portrait model based on danmaku depicts the change law of user behavior characteris⁃
tics, which helps to improve the efficiency and effect of online learning from the perspective of users, content creators and video plat⁃
forms
.
【Method/process】Taking teaching videos of Bilibili as an example, the dynamic user portrait model is constructed based on the
theory of human behavior dynamics to explore the changes of users' behaviors of sending danmaku and watching video in different
time dimensions.
Result/conclusion】There are several specific peaks in the time distribution of the user sending danmaku in a day,
which gives the dynamic label of "day learning time preference". In terms of video time series, users are more inclined to send dan⁃
maku at the beginning and end of the title, giving the dynamic label "video progress sending danmaku preference". With the increase
of diversity sets, retained users have the habit of sending regular danmaku interactions.【Innovation/limitation】A dynamic user portrait
model based on danmaku is proposed. Follow-up research will explore the application of the model in other scenarios.
