社交媒体用户虚假信息从众传播行为的影响因素差异性分析

摘要:

【目的/意义】从众行为是导致社交媒体虚假信息传播的重要原因,理清各类用户从众传播行为的差异,对
虚假信息的针对性治理具有重要意义。【方法/过程】本文选取群体一致性、群体凝聚力、个体声誉、情境模糊性四种
因素作为观测变量,以性别、年龄、学历、使用时长、分享频率作为用户分类依据,综合采用方差分析、图形检验、聚
类分析等方法,分析影响用户虚假信息从众传播行为的因素差异性,并实现用户群体划分。【结果/结论】不同社交
媒体用户群体在传播虚假信息过程中具有普遍的差异性。随波逐流型用户从众传播虚假信息的受影响范围最大;
信息茧房型用户受群体一致性和群体凝聚力因素的影响较大,对虚假信息的从众传播主要基于个体所处小圈子窄
化的信息环境;失察传播型用户从众传播虚假信息的原因在于情境模糊状态下的盲目转发和分享;追名逐利型用
户的从众传播动因是追求特定用户群体中个体声誉的提高。【创新/局限】本文充分利用聚类分析、象限分析、字母
标记分析等方法,基于用户虚假信息从众传播行为影响因素的差异性实现了用户聚类和群体划分,具有一定的创
新性;不足之处在于本文所选影响因素维度较少,后期研究可进一步扩充,丰富相关研究。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】Conformity behavior is an important reason for the spread of false information on social media. It is
of great significance to clarify the differences of various users' conformity behavior for the targeted management of false information.
【Method/process】This article selects four factors, namely, group conformity, group cohesion, individual reputation, and situational am⁃
biguity, as the observed variables. Gender, age, education, usage time, and sharing frequency are used as user classification criteria. A
comprehensive approach involving variance analysis, graphical testing, and cluster analysis is adopted to analyze the differences in fac⁃
tors affecting users' herd behavior in spreading false information, and to achieve user group division.【Result/conclusion】Different so⁃
cial media user groups have universal differences in the process of spreading false information. Users who go with the flow have the
largest range of influence when spreading false information; information cocoons are influenced by group conformity and group cohe⁃
sion, and their herd behavior in spreading false information is mainly based on the narrow information environment of individual small
circles. Users who spread false information due to neglect are motivated by blind forwarding and sharing in a state of situational ambi⁃
guity, while users who chase fame and fortune are motivated by the pursuit of individual reputation among specific user groups

vation/limitation】This article demonstrates a certain level of innovation by utilizing methods such as cluster analysis, quadrant analy⁃
sis, and letter tagging analysis to achieve user clustering and group segmentation based on the differential factors influencing the
spread of false information through user behavior. However, the limitation lies in the limited dimensions selected in this study, which
can be further supplemented in future research to enrich the research outcomes in this field.
