Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】 In order to accelerate the development of renewable energy, this article will explore how the asset management of power generation enterprises is affected in the digital economy era under the quota system, and provide relevant basis for the specific implementation of the quota system.【 Method/process】 An evolutionary game model for enterprise data asset decisionmaking from the perspective of quota system was constructed. The model obtained the local evolutionary stable strategies of thermal power enterprises and green power enterprises under different strategic income conditions, as well as the influencing factors of the evo⁃ lutionary game, including green certificate prices, quota targets, subsidy parameters, unit penalty parameters, etc.【 Result/conclusion】 The model obtained the local evolutionary stable strategies of both parties under different strategy return conditions, as well as the in⁃ fluencing factors of the evolutionary game.【 Innovation/limitation】 reveals the evolutionary path and decision-making choices of power generation enterprises' behavior from the perspective of quota system.
