生命周期视角下医学信息学科的主题识别与演化研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】云计算的普及使得MI学科受到学术界的持续关注,对MI主题识别与演化的分析可以揭示历 史演化,有助于发现人们关注的问题,预见该领域的未来发展。【方法/过程】本文利用潜狄利克雷分配(Latent Dirichlet Allocation, LDA)主题模型对 web of science(WOS)数据库中与 MI相关的主题进行识别和挖掘,并利用生 命周期理论、变异系数法、Kullback-Leibler divergence(KL)等理论和方法绘制出MI研究主题的演化路径。【结果/结 论】研究结果表明,MI的研究主题正逐渐向方法、技术和实践的研究方向发展,医疗数据分析、临床数据挖掘、健康 信息技术等新兴技术和应用方向将成为未来MI学科的研究热点。【创新/局限】本文从生命周期视角对全球范围内 医学信息学学科的主题演化进行挖掘和分析,为该学科未来的发展提供借鉴,但并没对各地区分别进行分析,因此 存在一定的局限性。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】With the popularization of cloud computing, MI discipline began to receive continuous attention from various academic circles. This study can not only reveal the historical tendency but also find out the most focused important is⁃ sues and foresee the future direction of this field.【Method/process】Therefore, this paper utilizes Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic model to identify and mine the themes related to MI in the web of science database, and draws the evolution path of MI research topics using theories and methods such as life cycle theory, coefficient of variation method, and Kullback-Leibler divergence (KL).
【Result/conclusion】The results of the study show that MI's research themes are gradually shifting to the research direction of method, technology and practice, and emerging technologies and application directions such as medical data analysis, clinical data mining and health information technology will become the research hotspots of MI disciplines in the future.【Innovation/limitation】This article ex⁃ cavates and analyzes the global topic evolution of medical informatics from the perspective of life cycle, and provides reference for the future development of this subject. However, this article does not analyze from the perspective of each region.
