基于信息质量理论的短视频平台用户购买意向研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】随着短视频内容与电商的融合,短视频领域的电商产业生态正在逐步完善。在这一背景下,
探讨短视频平台用户受短视频信息质量影响在该平台上的购物行为,有助于短视频平台发展电商业务。【方法/过
程】以SOR模型为基础,基于信息质量理论构建理论模型,探讨“短视频平台+电商”模式下的短视频信息质量如何
影响短视频平台用户的购买意向,并采用问卷调查和结构方程模型进行实证分析。【结果/结论】信息内容质量及信
息效用质量对沉浸体验有显著正向影响;信息表达质量、信息效用质量及信息载体质量对感知价值有显著正向影
响;沉浸体验及感知价值对购买意向有显著正向影响。【创新/局限】基于信息质量理论对“短视频平台+电商”模式
下的短视频对平台用户购买意向的影响展开研究。本文的研究结论是否适合50岁以上的短视频平台用户群体需
要在后续的研究中进行验证。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】With the integration of short video content and e-commerce, the e-commerce industry ecology in
the field of short video is being gradually improved. In this context, exploring the shopping behavior of short video platform users influ⁃enced by the information quality of short video on that platform can help short video platforms develop their e-commerce business.【Method/process】Based on the SOR model, this paper constructs a theoretical model based on information quality theory to explore how the information quality of short video under the model of "short video platform + e-commerce" affects the purchase intention of short video platform users, and uses questionnaire survey and SEM for empirical analysis.【Result/conclusion】Information content quality and information utility quality have significant positive effects on flow experience. Information expression quality, information utility quality and information carrier quality have significant positive effects on perceived value. Flow experience and perceived value have significant positive effects on purchase intention.【
Innovation/limitation】Based on information quality theory, we investigate the influence of short videos on the purchase intention of platform users under the model of "short video platform + e-commerce".Whether the findings of this paper are suitable for the short video platform users over 50 years old needs to be verified in the subse⁃quent research.
