Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】To help scholars discover more potential scientific research collaborators in a time-saving and laborsaving manner,establish efficient scientific research cooperation【. Method/process】This paper proposes a scientific research collabora⁃tor recommendation model based on multi-dimensional decision attributes,which divides the factors for scholars to select scientific re⁃search collaborators into two dimensions: cooperatability and easy cooperation. Cooperatability includes the measurement of scholars' research direction,authority and activity；Easy cooperation dimension focuses on the preference of target scholars for the age and gen⁃der of scientific research collaborators and the difficulty of establishing cooperation with each other【. Result/conclusion】By obtaining
the information of relevant scholars in the field of "information science",the scientificity and effectiveness of the model are verified【. In⁃novation/limitation】Based on the accurate representation of scholars' research interests,this paper excavates the decision-making attri⁃butes of multi-dimensional scientific research collaborators from the cognitive level,provides feasible ideas for the recommendation of scientific research collaborators,and is of great significance to the construction of high-quality scientific research cooperation. How⁃ever,this study aims at the scientific research cooperation at the level of publishing papers,and does not consider the cooperation of scholars in jointly undertaking projects and other aspects,which needs to be further improved in the follow-up.
