面向突发事件的微博用户转发行为影响因素研究

摘要: 目的/意义】微博转发行为是公众参与监管突发事件网络舆情的重要渠道,科学合理的监管与引导对突发
事件精准预警和快速响应具有重要意义。【方法
/过程】针对突发事件的微博转发行为未充分考虑转发者个体差异
的不足,借助
UTAUT模型,结合动机理论,引入类型偏好、信源偏好、转发动机三个变量,构建面向突发事件的微博
用户转发行为的影响因素模型。以新浪微博为例,通过设计问卷、分析问卷数据验证构建影响因素模型有效性,对
影响因素模型进行拟合检验。【结果
/结论】实证结果表明努力期望、社群影响、信源偏好、感知成本对转发意愿的路
径的
CR值均大于1.96,即对转发意愿有正向影响作用;转发意愿对转发行为的路径的CR值大于1.96,即对转发行
为有正向影响作用,从政府部门、相关媒介和公众等方面提出加强微博转发监管的建议。【创新
/局限】深入研究了
面向突发事件的微博用户转发行为,但调查对象不够广泛,数据分析还存在一定的局限性。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceWeibo forwarding behavior is an important channel for the public to participate in the supervision of emergencies,and scientific and reasonable supervision and guidance are of great significance for accurate early warning and rapid re⁃sponse to emergencies. Methods/processThe Weibo forwarding behavior in response to emergencies did not fully consider the short⁃comings of individual reposters.With the help of UTAUT model,combined with motivation theory,the three variables of type preference,source preference and engine rotation were introduced to construct emergencies-oriented model of the influencing factors of the event's Weibo user's forwarding behavior.Taking Sina Weibo as an example,through designing questionnaires and analyzing question⁃
naire data to verify the effectiveness of the construction of the influencing factor model,the fitting test of the influencing factor model is carried out
. Result/conclusionThe empirical results show that the CR value of effort expectation,community influence,source prefer⁃ence,and perceived cost on the path of forwarding willingness are all greater than 1.96,that is,it has a positive effect on forwarding will⁃ingness; forwarding willingness has a positive effect on the path of forwarding behavior The CR value of is greater than 1.96,that is,it has a positive effect on the reposting behavior.Suggestions on strengthening the supervision of Weibo reposting from government de⁃partments,relevant media and the public are put forward. Innovation/limitationIn-depth research has been conducted on the repost⁃
ing behavior of Weibo users facing emergencies,but the survey subjects are not wide enough,and data analysis still has certain limita⁃tions.
