大数据背景下高校人事档案数据化组织流程与实现路径研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】高校人事档案管理是高校人事管理的重要组成部分,为高校长足发展提供决策支持。大数据
时代的到来,为我国高校人事档案的管理与利用带来了机遇与挑战,为了使高校人事档案管理顺应数据化发展趋
势,应积极推动档案管理从数字化向数据化转型。【方法
/过程】通过对高校人事档案数据化管理与利用进行研究,
辨析数字化与数据化的内涵,对人事档案的组织流程展开详细分析,提出实现数据化的具体路径,为有关实践提供
有益的参考。【结果
/结论】文章描述了人事档案数据化建设在整体框架层面的具体流程组织,阐述了数据归集、语
义组织、数据挖掘与分析和数据利用与服务四个流程内容。【创新
/局限】本文创新性地提出了人事档案数据化建设
的实现路径。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceCollege personnel file management is an important part of college personnel management, which provides decision support for the rapid development of colleges and universities. The coming of the big data era has brought opportuni⁃ties and challenges to the management and utilization of personnel files in colleges and universities in China. In order to make person⁃nel file management in colleges and universities comply with the trend of datafication development, we should actively promote the transformation of file management from digitization to datafication.Method/processThrough the research on the datafication manage⁃ment and utilization of personnel files in colleges and universities, this paper discriminates the connotation of digitization and datafica⁃tion, analyzes the organizational process of personnel files in detail, and puts forward the specific path to archival datafication, so as to
provide useful reference for relevant practice.
Result/conclusionThis paper describes the specific process organization of personnel file datafication construction at the overall framework level, and expounds four process contents: data collection, semantic organization,data mining and analysis, and data utilization and service.Innovation/limitationAt the practical level, this paper puts forward the re⁃alization path of personnel file datafication construction.
