摘要: 【目的/意义】研究MOOC平台上的信息如何影响学习者的知识获取意愿,可以辅助平台优化信息资源管
理,提升信息服务质量,有助于
MOOC平台的可持续发展。【方法/过程】以“中国大学MOOC”为研究对象,基于启
发式—系统式模型构建学习者知识获取意愿影响因素模型,通过
python爬虫程序获取数据,采用多元线性回归方
法对研究假设展开实证分析,并对结果进行稳健性检验。【结果
/结论】课程特征和教师特征作为启发式线索,评论
特征作为系统式线索均能影响学习者的知识获取意愿。其中,国家精品课程、教师的粉丝数、教师的回帖数正向影
响学习者的知识获取意愿。课程评分、评分差异性和评论文本长度负向影响学习者的知识获取意愿。中性评论占
比对学习者的知识获取意愿没有显著影响。课程评分在评分差异性影响学习者知识获取意愿的过程中起负向调
节作用。【创新
/局限】完善了在线教育环境中学习者知识获取意愿研究领域的理论框架,对MOOC平台提高信息
服务水平有重要意义。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceResearching on MOOC users' willingness to acquire knowledge can assist the MOOC platform to op⁃timize information resource management and improve their quality of information services, which are of great significance to the sus⁃tainable development of the MOOC platform.Method/processTaking "MOOC of Chinese universities" as the research object, this pa⁃per constructeda model of the influence factors of learners' knowledge acquisition willingness based on heuristic-systematic model.We collected data through web crawlers, and the research hypothesis was empirically analyzed by multiple linear regression methods.Finally, we tested the robustness of the results.Result/conclusionThe results show that: curriculum features and teacher characteris⁃tics as heuristic cues, and review features as systematic cues can affect learners' knowledge acquisition intention. Specifically, the na⁃
tional excellent courses, the number of teachers' fans and the number of teachers' replies positively affect learners' willingness to ac⁃quire knowledge. Course score, score difference and comment text length negatively affect learners' knowledge acquisition intention,while the proportion of neutral comments has no significant impact on learners' knowledge acquisition intention. Curriculum scoring plays a negative moderating role in the process that the differences of scores affect learners' willingness to acquire knowledge.
Innova⁃tion/limitationImproving the theoretical framework of the research field of learners' willingness to acquire knowledge in online educa⁃tion environment, which is of great significance for MOOC platform to improve the level of information service.
