公共文化服务平台传播影响力测度体系的构建及应用

摘要: 【目的/意义】研究公共文化服务平台传播影响力的测度问题,有助于优化公共文化服务平台发展的手段、
形式和运行机制。【方法
/过程】参考已有研究成果,结合公共文化服务平台信息传播的特点,形成公共文化服务平
台的传播影响力测度指标;采用基于层次分析法和熵值法的组合赋权法确定各项指标的权重,完成公共文化服务
平台传播影响力测度体系的构建;将该体系应用于测度我国不同地区的省级公共图书馆微信公众号的传播影响力
水平。【结果
/结论】内容特征是影响公共文化服务平台传播影响力的关键因素;华中、华东和西北地区省级公共图
书馆微信公众号的传播影响力水平较高。【创新
/局限】仅以省级公共图书馆微信公众号的运营数据进行实验,实验
数据不够丰富。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceResearch on the measurement system of communication influence of public cultural service plat⁃form(PCSP) will help optimize the means, forms and operating mechanisms of the platforms development.Method/processThis pa⁃per refers to the existing research results and combines the characteristics of the information dissemination of PCSP to form measure indices. It uses the combination weighting method integrated analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to determine the weight of each index and completes the construction of the measurement system of communication influence of PCSP. It applies the system to measure the communication influence level of WeChat public accounts of provincial public libraries in different regions of China.Re⁃sult/conclusionContent characteristic is the key factor affecting the communication influence of PCSP, and the communication influ⁃ence level of the WeChat public accounts of the provincial public libraries in Central China, East China and Northwest China is rela⁃tively high.Innovation/limitationThis paper only uses the operating data of the WeChat public accounts of the provincial public li⁃braries to conduct experiments, and the experimental data is not rich enough.
