基于区块链技术的疫情防控情报系统模型研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】疫情防控与人民群众的切身利益息息相关,研究新型疫情防控情报系统,利用区块链技术联
合全社会力量共同抗疫,对提高疫情防控效率有重要意义。【方法
/过程】首先分析了新型冠状病毒疫情防控工作中
的不足之处,介绍了区块链技术分布式存储、不可篡改性、可追溯性等特点,研究了区块链技术应用于疫情防控情
报系统的可行性,然后基于区块链技术构建了一个疫情防控情报系统模型,阐述了该模型的体系结构、总体架构、
运作机制及保障机制。【结果
/结论】该模型具有共享能力强、可拓展性强、安全性高等优势,有助于提高疫情防控效
率。【创新
/局限】本文创新之处在于引入区块链技术,采用管理链和多区块链相结合的父子区块链模式构建疫情防
控情报系统模型。

Abstract:

Purpose/significanceEpidemic prevention and control is closely related to the vital interests of the people. It is of great
significance to improve the efficiency of epidemic prevention and control by studying the new epidemic prevention and control information system and using blockchain technology to unite the whole society to fight the epidemic.Method/processFirstly, this paper analyzed the deficiencies in the prevention and control of COVID-19, introduced the characteristics of blockchain technology such as dis tributed storage, tamper-proof and traceability, studied the feasibility of applying blockchain technology to epidemic prevention and control information system. Then a model of epidemic prevention and control information system is built based on blockchain technology. The hierarchical architecture, overall architecture, operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism of the model were expounded.Result/conclusionThe model has the advantages of strong sharing ability, strong scalability and high security. It is helpful to improve the efficiency of epidemic prevention and control.Innovation/limitationThe innovation is that we introduce the blockchain technology into the epidemic prevention and control information system model which adopts the parent-child blockchain mode combining management chain and multiple blockchains.
