网络信息资源生态化配置影响因素及组态研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】从微观视角探究网络信息资源生态化配置的影响机制,为改善信息生态结构与功能,实现网
络信息资源的充分共享和最优利用提供参考。【方法
/过程】从信息资源、信息主体和信息环境三个方面构造网络信
息资源生态化配置效果的影响因素模型,利用结构方程模型和模糊集定性比较分析法对问卷数据进行影响因素及
其组态分析。【结果
/结论】结构方程模型分析发现网络信息资源数量和质量对配置效用和配置公平均具有正向影
响;信息素养对配置效用具有正向影响但对配置公平没有显著影响;网络系统的自适应性对配置效用和配置公平
均具有正向影响,而网络系统的开放性对配置效果没有显著影响。模糊集定性比较分析发现信息资源数量、信息
素养、系统开放性和自适应性的条件组合是实现高配置效用的三条路径;信息资源数量分别和低信息素养、系统自
适应性、信息资源质量和系统开放性构成高配置公平的三条路径。【创新
/局限】采用混合方法能更加深刻地揭示网
络信息资源生态化配置的影响因素及其结构关系,后续研究可考虑纳入更多影响因素并进行时间序列分析。

Abstract: Purpose/significanceExploring the influential mechanism of ecological allocation of network information resources from
micro perspective, so as to provide reference for improving the structure and function of information ecology and realizing the full shar⁃ing and optimal utilization of network information resources.
Method/processThis study constructs a influencing factor model of net⁃work information resourcesecological allocation effect from three aspects of information resources, information subject and informa⁃tion environment. The analysis of the influencing factors and configuration is conducted by structural equation model and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis based on questionnaire data.Result/conclusionStructural equation model analysis indicates that the quantity and quality of network information resources have a positive impact on allocation efficiency and allocation fairness. Informa⁃tion literacy of information subject has a positive impact on allocation efficiency, but has no significant impact on allocation fairness.The adaptability of network system can positively influence allocation efficiency and allocation fairness, but the openness of network system has no significant impact on allocation efficiency. The fsQCA shows that the quantity of information resources, information liter⁃
acy, combination of openness and adaptability of network system are three paths to achieve high allocation efficiency. The quantity of information resources respectively combines with the low information literacy, the adaptability of network system, the quality of infor⁃mation resources and the openness of network system constitute the three paths of high allocation fairness.
Innovation/limitationThis study uses a mixed method to more deeply reveal the influencing factors and structural relationship of ecological allocation of network information resources. And more factors can be considered and time series analysis can be carried out in the future research.
