基于社会网络分析的政务微博影响力研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】政务微博是政府部门发布信息、传播形象和提供公共服务的重要平台,提升政务微博影响力
是促进政务微博服务效用的重要途径。本文以政务微博影响力评价方法创新为导向进行研究,以期为相关研究和
政务微博运营提供参考依据。【方法/过程】本文以Twitter中的政府部门用户作为研究对象,利用社会网络分析方
法,构建政府部门用户之间的社会网络关系,提取网络节点的社会网络指标,并结合Twitter账号中关注数、被关注
数和点赞数量等外部指标,利用熵权法确定指标权重,提出政务微博影响力评价方法,最终根据该方法对研究对象
进行评价分析。【结果/结论】实验结果显示,研究对象的影响力差异较大,多数用户影响力不高,具有较大提升空
间。【创新/局限】本文结合社会网分析和熵权法对政务微博影响力指标进行选择,提出了多维度的政务微博影响力
评价方法。然而文中只采用了单个数据源进行分析,后续研究中将考虑获取多个不同平台数据,并进行对比分析。

Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】Government microblog is an important platform for government departments to release information,
spread image and provide public services. The promotion of the influence of government microblog is an important way to promote the
service effectiveness of government microblog. This paper is guided by the innovation of evaluation methods of microblogs influence, to
provide reference for related research and government microblog operation.【Method/process】In this paper, the government users in
Twitter are taken as the research object, the social network relationship among government users is constructed by using the social net⁃
work analysis method, and the social network indicators of network nodes are extracted. Combined the external indicators such as the
number of following, the number of followers and the number of likes in twitter account, the entropy weight method is used to deter⁃
mine the indicator weight, and proposes the government affairs. Finally, according to this method, the research object is evaluated and
analyzed.【Result/conclusion】The experimental results show that the influence of the research objects is quite different, most of the us⁃
ers' influence is low, and there is a large room for improvement.【Innovation/limitation】This article combines social network analysis
and entropy method to select the influence indicators of government microblogs, and constructs a multi-dimensional government micro⁃
blog influence evaluation method. However, only a single data source is used for analysis in this article, and subsequent research will
consider obtaining data from multiple different platforms and conducting comparative analysis.
