Abstract:

【Purpose/significance】The increasing appearance of information security problems in the era of big data has attracted the

research interest of many scholars. The visualization method of scientometrics can directly reveal the research status and future trends

of this field.【Method/process】Based on the core periodical essays and collected CSSCI essays from the database of CNKI, the key⁃

word co-occurrence map, clustering map and timezone view were drawn. Meanwhile, relevant overseas research was combined for

analysis.【Result/ conclusion】China's information security research in the era of big data mainly includes three major themes: person⁃

al information security, government information security and social information security. Among them, personal information security

has become a research hotspot. The research process shows the trends of technology-oriented and value-centered, artificial intelli⁃

gence, blockchain and legal regulation are increasingly concerned by scholars.【Innovation/limitation】By comparing the relevant re⁃

search overseas, this paper proposes that future information security research in China can improve its systematicness by learning from

the perspectives of risk management and strategic communication. However, due to the lack of specific analysis in different periods

and countries, there still exists further refinement for this paper.
