研究前沿的可视化服务研究

摘要: 【 目的/意义】探索研究前沿的可视化服务模式,不断提高高校和科研院所图书馆学科服务能力和水平。【方
法/过程】根据ESI研究前沿的析出原理和积累的历史数据,按学科领域计算研究前沿的相似度,分析其演变特点,
提出研究前沿的相似等级概念,在R语言环境下,采用ggplot2包绘制其可视化图谱,并用shiny包发布网络应用。
【结果/结论】ESI研究前沿的杰卡德相似度和相似等级反映了学科领域研究前沿的总体演变特点和每个研究前沿
的演变情况;学科领域研究前沿的加权均值可以作为其稳定性判据;可视化图谱可以帮助科研主体在宏观上了解
和微观上跟踪研究前沿;网络化和自助式的学科知识服务模式有利于提高服务质量和服务效率。【创新/局限】虽然
对研究前沿的可视化服务效果做了案例分析,但其推广应用有待进一步实践和发展。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Exploring the data visualization presentation of research fronts,continuously improve the ability of
subject knowledge service and level in the library of academic school and Science Research Institutes.【Method/process】According to
the precipitation principle of ESI research fronts and the accumulated historical data,the paper calculates the Jaccard similarity of re?
search fronts in the discipline field,analyzes its evolution characteristics,puts forward the concept of similarity grade of ESI research
fronts.In R language environment,ggplot2 package is used to draw its visualization map,and shiny package is used to publish web appli? cations.【Result/conclusion】The Jaccard similarity coefficient of ESI research fronts and the similarity grade reflect the overall evolu? tion characteristics in discipline field and the evolution of each ESI research front.The weighted mean value of the similarity grade can be used as the research front stability criterion.The visualization map can help scientific researchers understand and trace research frontiers in macro level and micro level.The network and self-service subject knowledge service mode is conducive to improve service quality and service efficiency.【Innovation/limitation】Although the visual service effect of the research fronts is analyzed by individual cases,its popularization and application need further practice and development
