搜索引擎结果界面(SERP)可导航性对搜索体验的影响研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】探讨搜索引擎结果界面可导航性对搜索体验的影响及其作用机制。【方法/过程】从信息觅寻
视角把可导航性划分为链接清晰性、结构清晰性和目标识别性三个维度,以此提出可导航性和搜索体验之间的研
究假说并构建了理论模型。采用2×2×2组间设计实验分析搜索引擎结果界面可导航性对搜索体验的影响及其作
用机制。【结果/结论】搜索引擎结果界面可导航性影响搜索体验,高水平的结构清晰性和目标识别性为用户带来更
佳的搜索体验;结构清晰性和目标识别性正向影响感知可导航性,感知可导航性通过可用性对用户态度产生积极
效应。【创新/局限】从可导航性理论角度考察了搜索引擎结果页面对搜索体验的影响及其作用机制,对搜索引擎结
果页面优化具有启示意义。受限于实验条件,未来研究应继续深入探讨页面要素对搜索体验的影响。

Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】This paper study the effect and influence mechanism of the navigability of search engine result page
(SERP) on search experience.【Method/process】From the perspective of Information Foraging, the present paper proposes that naviga? bility be conceptually examined along three dimensions, namely, clarity of link, clarity of structure and legibility of target. Hypotheses and theoretical research model of the navigability and search experience are proposed. A 2×2×2 factorial between subjects experiment was conducted to examine distinct contributions of these dimensions to perceptions of search experience.【Result/conclusion】The re? sults showed that significant effects for clarity of structure and legibility of target on search experience. They were shown to be a signifi? cant predictor of perceived navigability, while usability was the intermediate variable between perceived navigability and attitudes of user.【Innovation/limitation】The present paper investigates the effect and influence mechanism of the navigability of SERP on search experience from the perspective of navigable theory, it is of great significance to the optimization of SERP. Limited by experimental conditions, future research should continue to explore the effect of SERP elements on search experience.
