Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】This paper uses the real data generated by users to study the dissemination network and
topic features of health information in online health community from the two dimensions of network and topic, and then pro⁃
vides management suggestions for health communities.【Method/process】Firstly, we use SNA to measure and visualize the
health information dissemination network at different time stages to explore the structure characteristics of the dissemina⁃
tion networks; then we combine LDA and existing thesaurus to identify and extract the topics of the health information, after
that we analyze the distribution and trends of health information topics.【Result/conclusion】This study finds that the online
health information dissemination network has a small world effect and frequently moving users; the content of health infor⁃
mation is concentrated on several topics, and some topics show a certain trend with time.【Innovation/limitation】The gener⁃
ation and dissemination of online health information originate from the information interaction between users. We starts re⁃
search from the two dimensions of network structure and information topic, which is more in line with its internal mecha⁃
nism, and the research is deeper and more specific; there are many online health communities ,we only selects one of the
communities for research, which may have certain limitations.
