Abstract: 【Purpose/significance】Patent transfer in university libraries plays an important role in the rapid development of
the industry. A systematic analysis of the structure and power of patent transfer in university libraries will be conducive to
improving the efficiency of technology transfer.【Method/process】Based on the three helix model, this study deconstructs
the structural elements of patent transfer in university library, analyzes the dynamic mechanism under the three-helix mod⁃
el, and discusses the cooperative law of collaborative subjects in the process of patent transfer in university library.【Result/
conclusion】The university library patent transfer needs the coordinated support of policies and regulations, human resourc⁃
es and material resources. By improving the self-circulation ability of the university library patent transfer, the practical
need of technology transfer can be realized.
