高校图书馆专利转移的三螺旋演进路径及动力机制研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】高校图书馆专利转移对于产业的快速发展具有重要作用,系统地剖析高校图书馆专利转移的
结构和动力将有利于提升技术转移效率。【方法/过程】本研究以三螺旋模型为框架,解构高校图书馆专利转移的结
构要素,分析三螺旋模型下的动力机制,并探讨了协同主体在高校图书馆专利转移过程中的协作规律。【结果/结
论】高校图书馆专利转移需要政策法规、人力资源和物质资源的协同支持,通过提升高校图书馆专利转移的自循环
能力,实现技术转移的现实需要。

Abstract: Purpose/significancePatent transfer in university libraries plays an important role in the rapid development of
the industry. A systematic analysis of the structure and power of patent transfer in university libraries will be conducive to
improving the efficiency of technology transfer.
Method/processBased on the three helix model, this study deconstructs
the structural elements of patent transfer in university library, analyzes the dynamic mechanism under the three-helix mod⁃
el, and discusses the cooperative law of collaborative subjects in the process of patent transfer in university library.
Result/
conclusion
The university library patent transfer needs the coordinated support of policies and regulations, human resourc⁃
es and material resources. By improving the self-circulation ability of the university library patent transfer, the practical
need of technology transfer can be realized.
